Information we collect

To provide and improve the CEET Ayurveda e-learning platform (our website and app), we collect the personal information you give us and that is generated as you learn with us, including:

  • Account and profile details — your name, email address, mobile number, city, and profile photo.
  • Learning preferences — the exam you are preparing for, the subjects you choose to focus on, and the batch or institution you belong to.
  • Learning activity — your exam and quiz attempts, answers and scores, practice history, streaks, and coin/reward activity used to run progress tracking and leaderboards.
  • A push-notification token used to deliver alerts, and basic sign-in information.
  • Payment information — subscription and purchase records such as amounts, validity, and the order and transaction identifiers returned by our payment processor. We do not store your card or payment-instrument details.
  • Any feedback or support messages you send us.

How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, deliver exams, quizzes, courses and study material, track your progress and rankings, process subscriptions and payments, send you service emails and push notifications, respond to your queries, and secure and improve the platform.

Data retention

We keep your account, profile, and learning records for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, we erase your account, profile, and learning data — except where we are required or permitted to keep certain information, such as transaction records that we may retain to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Copies of data may also persist for a limited period in our encrypted backups until those backups are cycled out, and limited technical logs may be kept for security and operational purposes.

Your privacy rights

You have the right to access and to delete your personal data:

  • Access. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us through the details on our Contact page.
  • Deletion. You can permanently delete your account from within the app. Deletion is confirmed in two steps and is irreversible: your account, profile, and learning data are removed. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered and you will be signed out.

These rights support the access and erasure rights provided under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where applicable, Articles 15 (access) and 17 (erasure) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. For any privacy question, please contact us through the details on our Contact page.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the platform: a payment processor (Razorpay) to handle payments, an email delivery service (Amazon Web Services) to send emails, and Google services for push notifications and optional social sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf and retain records in line with their own policies; we share only what is necessary to provide the service, and we do not sell your personal information.
